Arms Unlimited Regains Full Banking Access and Payment Processing Capabilities Following President Trump’s Executive Order

September 30, 2025 – Arms Unlimited (armsunlimited.com), an American-owned and operated small business founded in 2012 and a trusted supplier of firearms, ammunition, accessories, and law enforcement equipment, today announced a significant milestone in its financial operations.
For many years, the company’s ability to accept credit cards and conduct essential banking activities was severely handicapped by specific financial institutions due to their negative stance toward the Second Amendment and the firearms industry. This occurred despite Arms Unlimited’s excellent credit rating, long-standing flawless financial records, and solid financial standing.
Under President Donald J. Trump’s leadership, through direct pressure on the banking industry and the issuance of the Executive Order “Guaranteeing Fair Banking For All Americans” (signed August 7, 2025), these discriminatory barriers have been removed. Arms Unlimited can now accept credit cards and ACH payments directly through QuickBooks for its B2B (business-to-business) and B2G (business-to-government) customers. In addition, one of the nation’s largest U.S. banks has reopened previously closed checking accounts held by the company as well as the owner’s personal accounts, which he maintained since his teenage years. Those accounts were shuttered during the Obama-era under then-Attorney General Eric Holder’s Operation Chokepoint, with the only explanation given being that the bank had “chosen not to do business” with the company. It was long suspected—and consistent with the program’s documented targeting of the firearms industry—that the closures stemmed from the company’s lawful affiliation with constitutionally protected Second Amendment commerce.
