Did not get what I ordered
I ordered an Ambi Safety based on the website picture; however, what I received was completely different. AU responded, "the one you received is our new version. We are no longer carrying the older version. The item has been updated on the website." Great for them, but now I have a part I don't want. Can I return it? Sure, but it will cost YOU more than you paid. When you don't have what someone orders, ask if they want a substitute item. Don't just send something and charge the customer with the return.
