Missing item.
Was supposed to come with a battery but didnt. I had to buy a special charging cord from Taser ($50) in order to connect it to my PC to update and remove the E2 code. The new battery cost an additional $50 from Taser just to make sure it worked right. The Taser X26 itself arrived in decent cosmetic shape and the holster only had a small mark on it. if the product had come with the battery as advertised then this would be 5 star review. They need to do more QC before shipping this item out.

Good but...
The advertisement I saw stated that the Taser was supposed to come with a battery, which it did not. So until I can find a new battery I have no idea if the product actually works. Aside from that, the taser arrived quickly and in decent aesthetic condition. The holster is in good shape and only has a slight blemish on the side.

Got lucky I guess
After reading other reviews after I ordered I was uneasy. Came in with a dead 2008 battery. Ordereed a new one and it functions but throws an e2 code.

Taser was In great physical condition. Tested with a battery from work. Taser was is in good working order once the new battery was installed.

Got lucky I guess
Missed the $175 batch but snap ordered the $200 version. Didn't notice the "fully functional" language was removed. Didn't see the other received broken reviews either. Got the unit with a dead 2011 battery. Ordered a new one and started sweating bullets. Threw the new battery in and she works. It throws an e2 error code but I can live with that.

EXCELLENT Value!
I didn't really want to upgrade from my C2, for various reasons. But when I saw this deal, it would have been foolish not to jump on it. I got an X26E handle, 99% battery with optional cart holder, and a well-worn but serviceable blade-tech hand-convertable holster for around $180 shipped. The handle was worn, but everything function checked fine, had the latest rvn of firmware in it, and just needed some TLC. I *highly* recommend ArmsUnlimited's TASER deal whenever it pops up!

Used X26
Came pretty dirty and with dead batteries, Units needed updated. After thorough cleaning and fresh batteries, They work great, just what our department needed because of a tight budget.
