The Streamlight TLR-1 HL provides an 1000 lumen blast of white light for maximum illumination while clearing a room or searching an alley. Its wide beam pattern lights up large areas so you can identify who or what is nearby.

This thing is bright!!!
I've only owned cheapo weapon lights and figured I'd step it up and get a real light. I looked a bunch of reviews and settled on the TLR-1 HL. This thing is bright. Practically blinded myself in the garage messing with it. I could only imagine someone pointing it at me. Price was right too especially during this madness. If you're looking for WML this is your huckleberry.

Brightest light EVER.!! I have been using streamlights for 10 yrs at work and finally put one where it counts and the brightness and aesthetically it’s perfect. You won’t regret it and I could bet you would never want another brand again once you get into the stream light products. Thanks again.

Not bad
It’s a fine weapon light, it works for what I need it to do. But between buying it and receiving it in the mail, the surefire lights came down in price, and I wish I had gotten one of those instead.

Impressive!
My Insight M3 served very well for alot of years, but the spot of light it produced was small and noticeably yellow. Updating to the TLR-1 HL was absolutely enlightening. The spot is much wider, and white hot in comparison. I haven't tested battery-life with the TLR-1 yet, but I cannot imagine a situation where anyone could ask for more light output than this light produces.

what i was needing
I was looking for and needing a weapon light for my duty pistol. I have kind of short fingers so I needed a light that my fingers could reach with relative ease. This one has done the trick and works perfectly.
