Great light, when it ships with correct parts

Posted by Jason F on 19th Nov 2020

As always Arms Unlimited offered a quality product at an incredibly low price. Per usual, their shipping was fast and I actually got my product a day early. The only negative to this transaction was at no fault of AU, hence the 5 star rating. The manufacturer shipped a batch of these lights with the wrong tail cap and remote switch. Ron from customer service was very quick to respond with the number to contact Streamlight. After a short call to their customer service department a supervisor was able to take my info and assured me the correct part would be shipped to me the next day. That took a little longer to arrive, but like I said, this is on the manufacturer and not Arms Unlimited. This is a great light and at 1/3 the cost of some of their direct competition I figured it was worth a try. So far I am very pleased.

    Nice light, wrong switch

Came with the wrong pressure switch but it was made right after a bunch of phone calls and emails. The light is solid.

So far I'm happy with it. Installed easily, worked right out of the box, it's plenty bright. Price was good. I'd buy it again at that price.

    Great customer service.

Posted by Matt on 18th Nov 2020

I received my streamlight quickly and then realized that the tape switch included was the wrong application. I contacted customer service and received a response quickly to contact streamlight directly as it was their batch issue. No complaints with arms unlimited.

    Amazing light for the price

Posted by Marco N. on 18th Nov 2020

The light does everything you could ask for when picked up around $100.00. Came with all the hardware needed to install on any picatinny rail. Would highly recommend.

    Excellent Service

Posted by Derek on 18th Nov 2020

I ordered a couple of these and they showed up promptly. Unfortunately they came with the wrong tail switch which was a problem with streamlight. Arms Unlimmited customer service got right on it and contacted streamlight once I notified them of the problem. I had the right switches sent to me directly from streamlight and all is good now!

Great package so far, and a killer value for what you’re getting. This is going onto a 16” AR for me.
