    Finish on the barrel doesn't look too good and had a couple blemishes. This was the first I have seen a rifle sight smooth bore in a long time for the price

    Rust and finish issues

    I rcvd my order today. First impression was "this is a new barrel?" And it appears to be - unfired and uninstalled as far as I can tell. However, there is rust on the barrel ring and numerous scratches all over the barrel. Soaking it in Kroil now to work on the rust and I'll probably just refinish it after working on the scratches.
