The Colt 9mm Sub-Gun (SMG) is exceptionally well suited for law enforcement organizations requiring a light weight, compact, highly concealable, semi-auto weapon system for close confrontations.
The Colt SMG fires from a closed bolt, is equipped with a collapsible buttstock, and is easily field stripped without the need of any special tools. The straight-line construction, coupled with the low recoil of 9mm ammunition, provides highly accurate fire with less muzzle climb, especially in full automatic fire. Less recoil also facilitates ease of training and improves accuracy. Finally, operation and training for the Colt 9mm SMG is similar to that for the Colt M16A2/A4 Rifle, Colt M4 Carbine or Colt Commando Carbine, simplifying user training substantially.

Colt SMG
I was able to get my Colt SMG out of ATF jail 2 days ago due to it being an SBR, and I can’t wait to take it to the range. I stumbled across this and I feel so blessed to have found one of these because these have been hard to find for me. I thought Colt may have discontinued building the SMG because it not even on there web site. Thanks Arms Unlimited for making one of my wishes come true.

What an amazing find. Nobody has these weapons in stock and what an insane price. So good in face I bought another rifle the next day not the same but I’m a Colt fanboy so these guys have an amazing selection.

Hard to find factory SBR
tough to find these Colt factory SBRs. AU is always easy to work with, fast shipping, accurate online inventory, etc. Perfect on AU's end. The Colt however, arrived with a barrel nut that was barely finger tight, this could have been a serious problem if I hadn't noticed before firing the thing. Also they apparently only come with one mag these days.
