Factory Colt carbine collapsible stock assembly for M4 / AR-15 type rifles. Sliding mil-spec buttstock in black. Fits a mil-spec carbine receiver extension.

This is the stock assembly, not the buffer tube.

    I got a P&S stock, not a Colt one as evident by the 8FW25 cage code molded into the side of it. I know Colt typically sources these from P&S and others but what you are actually getting should be disclosed in the item description. Still high quality, worth the price, and works for exactly what I wanted - just update your item descriptions please in case someone is more picky than I am. Would order again.
