The Colt Government Model 1911C is a modern variant of the legendary Colt 1911 pistol, known for its ruggedness, reliability, and accuracy. This model is chambered in .45 ACP and features a checkered slide stop, commander hammer, carbon steel mainspring housing with vertical serrations, 25 LPI Checkered Front Strap, low profile thumb safety, Novak brass bead front sight, Novak low mount carry rear sight, and a 7-round magazine.

    Very happy with this pistol. The look of the Classic, with just a few modest enhancements to make it pretty much all I'm looking for in a 1911. Transaction with AU was as expected...solid.
