    this is all i can say at this point. Everyone sends out these surveys so quickly that a person barely has time to open the box much less install and actually test. soooooo, I can't give 5 stars that might mislead a potential buyer. I have complained of this issue to all the online vendors I buy from to no avail. So 3 stars until you fix this problem.

    After reading some of the reviews about shipping times/delays, I almost passed on ordering these slings but the sale price made me order 2 of them on the 21st and they were at my door on the 24th, so if they had a shipping problem in the past, I think they fixed it. Good price, good quality and fast shipping.

    Product fine but Arms Unlimited not so much!

    Finely received two of these and they are 5 stars! But the company is not, They said they shipped it but 5 days later the Tracking didn't show any movement and never received (Priority 3 day mail) Called and they said they would call USPS and see why and call me back right away. NEVER called me back. Next day said USPS messed up and its on the way. Well I contacted USPS myself and it wasn't anything to do with USPS Arms Unlimted lied about shipping it and Then lied about it being the USPS at fault. Just saying it was a mistake in shipping would of been fine and called me back. But double lies just to try blaming someone else shows the company is not trustworthy! I'll never buy from them again!
