Protech X-CAL DT C1 Type-III ICW

The PROTECH X-CAL DT C1 is a high-performing, low-profile special threat hard armor plate designed for in-conjunction-with (ICW) use. Independently tested, this Type III ICW plate defeats the M855 Green Tip along with several other prevalent rifle threats while remaining lightweight and thin.

The plates feature multi-curve construction (6" x 6" is single-curve) and measure just 0.80 inches thick. Built from a ceramic and polyethylene composite for an excellent strength-to-weight ratio, the X-CAL DT C1 is backed by a 5-year limited warranty. All weights and dimensions are approximate.

ICW special threat protection (tested with compatible Safariland soft armor packages including Summit SM02, Xtreme XT03, SX SX02, and Matrix MR02 Type IIIA) includes: 5.56 x 45mm 55gr M193, 5.56 x 45mm 62gr M855 Green Tip (SS109), 7.62 x 39mm 123gr MSC, and 7.62 x 51mm 147gr NATO FMJ (M80).
