I ordered an Ops-Core FAST Ballistic helmet over the phone, I received the product and was very happy with it but needed a size larger, I was able to make the exchange without any issues and when I had trouble receiving my package (my fault not theirs) they (Stephanie and everyone else in customer service I spoke to) were extremely patient and did everything possible to help me resolve the issue. On top of the fact that you can't beat the price, the outstanding customer relations at Arms Unlimited will make them my first choice in the future.

giving 4 stars just because it was hard getting a hold of a customer service rep. However, once I was able to get a hold of one, the lady I spoke to, was very professional and helpful! Customer service was outstanding and as well as your products. Bought an Ops Core helmet and had to exchange it for a bigger size. It was hassle free to make my exchange.
