AMP's unique 3D Hear-Through Technology and optional NFMI earplugs provide double hearing protection that restores and enhances natural hearing and sound localization while maintaining clear communication for enhanced situational awareness. With a noise-cancelling microphone that mitigates all background noise, AMP is the ideal communications headset to wear in any unpredictable combat environment. This ergonomically designed headset can be configured to meet a wide range of tactical communications needs and delivers ear protection while providing optimal comfort and a streamlined profile. This noise-cancelling headset has a user-based design and can be easily adapted to either headband or helmet configurations, and the optional Rail Mount Kit increases helmet stabilization. AMP features an integrated fixed downlead connection point and quick release downlead connection. The AMP Communication Headset is CE approved EN 352 and available in Berry Amendment compliant configurations.

Feels like a superpower
This is a great headset if you need it. The detachable downleads and modular design make it possible to use one headset for both duty and range time purposes. This is definitely the best quality comms-compatible active protection headset out there. But if you're just going to the range, Walker razors are probably more cost-effective.

Fantastic Headset!
The Ops-Core Amp is an awesome headset. The sound reduction without the NFMI earplugs is just ok, I have better headsets with regards to sound reduction, and the Gel Cups are not as comfortable as some others but they still work great. From a modular standpoint, these things are awesome, I can remove the earphones from the clips and headband in less than a minute and can have them on my helmet in less than another minute. When this headset is paired with the NFMI plugs, it really shines! Wow, what kind of black magic is this?!? It's incredibly quiet and the directional sound is easy to know where it came from. Much better than my other headsets. The sound quality is the best I've ever used! I am going to be getting into communications and this is where this headset really shines from what I understand!
