The hammer is steel with a black finish and the typical AR spur profile. The torsion spring is included and installed on the hammer, ready for assembly into the lower. Fits standard AR-15 / M4 mil-spec style fire-control groups. Check pin fit and spring orientation during installation and function-check the trigger group after assembly.
