I saw these factory Colt 9mm SMG mags on a recent AU email. Been looking for the factory mags for a while. Ordered them online at a very reasonable price and received them just a few days later! Great AU Service, hold open tab too short
I was impressed at how fast this got to my house from AU. Great service. That said, the magazines have a very nice finish and are well constructed. However, the hold-open tab at the rear of the follower is too short. I have several other Colt-style 9mm AR mags and the hold open works for all of them. So, I looked more closely and the tab at the rear of the follower on these mags is about 3mm too short. I will see if I can rework it somehow, but I can't give the mags 5 stars because of this issue.
