AU Ambi Mag Release
Ive ordered these before and have had good experiences with this mag release. However, this last time I ordered two, and one of them wouldn't release from the left/support side of the rifle. The first rifle I tried was a Bravo Company Machine BCM4. It never would release when pushing the release from the left/support side. I tried the same mag release in an Aero Precision M4E1, and the magazine would release about 50% of the time when I tried to drop the magazine from the left/support side. The other AU Mag Release that I ordered worked fine in both rifles. I would have given 3 stars, but I reached out to AU to try and remedy the issue. I never heard back from them, so I'm giving them two stars.

Ambi-mag release.
Works great. Easy installation. Very easy to use as well. It takes very little pressure to release, but not so easy as to accidentally drop your magazine.

Nice OEM style ambi safety
This works incredibly well so long as you use a stock magazine release spring. I tried a Forward Control Designs extra power mag catch spring and it required too much force IMO.

This is the only Ambi mag release I will consider buying. I add them to every ar15 I purchase.

Probably the best and simplest ambi mag release out there and affordable too. I put these on almost every rifle I aquire.

Spoils the left handed
I'm a lefty and these work great. I've learned that all the fancy more expensive ones tend to be too easy to activate and prone to random mag drops. They also work excellent with a geissele maritime bolt catch. The only downside is picking up a rifle without one and repeatedly reaching for something not there like a confused moron.

AU Ambidextrous AR15/M4 Magazine Release
I am no firearms expert, but this was a very easy installation and it works like a charm for this southpaw. All steel construction, but VERY reasonably priced; I bought two! Two is one, one is none.
