    I've been putting together AR's using Anderson stripped lowers for many years. My wife is left handed so I put a ambi mag release and safety on all of them.

    A nice, easy-to-install upgrade over the mil-spec mag catch. I took a chance on this part a few years ago, installed it, and never looked back. I have probably a half-dozen of these mag catches on my ARs, and they’re a solid piece of ambi kit at a FRACTION of the price of the name brand. Good to go!

    Works great. Easy installation. Very easy to use as well. It takes very little pressure to release, but not so easy as to accidentally drop your magazine.

    This works incredibly well so long as you use a stock magazine release spring. I tried a Forward Control Designs extra power mag catch spring and it required too much force IMO.

    Probably the best and simplest ambi mag release out there and affordable too. I put these on almost every rifle I aquire.
