Issued kneepads suck ass as everyone knows, the dead bird caps conform to your knee and don't chafe. Excellent for field problems where you're taking a knee constantly

As far as knee pads go, these work as any. Straps still slide into the back of my knee, binding up and pinching. Great price though.
