Ambi Short/Long Safety
Excellent ambi safety. Short is scalloped and goes on right side and is easier on right handed shooter triggfer finger. If building for a leftie, I would get long/long. Not totally reversible like the way more expensive Colt version as far as I know, but otherwise they appear the same.

Just Works
I can't see spending a lot of money for something so simple. Especially when replacing a part that works fine on a coupleofbudgetbuilds. However, when I saw this product and read some reviews here and in a couple of forums, I figured I'd give it a try. I ordered 2 and they arrived quickly. I just installed both in a matter of minutes and, while I thought the first one was going to have some side to side play when I put it in, once it was together and the detention was in, it fit great and worked just like it is supposed to.

Fit and function
Impressed and happy with this selector. I compare it with my colt and schmidt ones and it is on par or even more quality than them. I like that is has that scalloped portion on the other side where it won't snag your trigger finger. Overall recommend and id rather get this than those fancy-shmanzy selectors.

Good for the price
This thing is great it goes from safe to fire and back again, and you can access it from both sides. So basically it does exactly what it's supposed to and it's a decent price.

Slightly Wide
Selector is slightly wide, so switches hang off the receiver just a little. The scalloped one is not very deep and can stop at your thumb as it turns. Very inexpensive alternative to the KAC offering.

Works well for left handed shooter. The selectable recessed side is a plus as it is more comfortable under the index finger. Would recommend.
