Description
The M14 DCSB (Detachable Cantilevered Sight Base) is specifically designed for use on Mil-Spec M1A/M14 rifles that are installed in an EBR Chassis Stock System. It is machined from aircraft grade aluminum and features a steel stripper clip insert with stainless steel screws. Installation requires no modification to the rifle.

Features:

  • Picatinny rail bridges the action to the rear sight
  • Adjustable for oversized or undersized rails
  • Sight base is supported on both ends
  • Positive rail engagement is achieved by two (2) robust actuating cams
  • Actuating cams can be locked in the closed position

    Best Scope Mount for Sage EBR

    Should have known the best scope mount for a Sage EBR would be the sage mount designed for it. Very well build high quality and easy to install. needed the extra rail length it offered to move my scope rings ahead of the charging handle. Had occasional shell casing jamming between scope mount and charging handle before and this cured it.

    This mount is the top dollar scope mount for the M1a/M14 while in the Sage EBR stock. It mounts to the forward rail and to the receiver. The install was very easy and the instructions are online. It is a very solid and stable mount that doesn't move or flex. It is quick and easy to detach also. Definitely worth the money. Do not skimp out on anything when it comes to the M1a.

    Very well made. I didn't give it a five because it extend pretty far forward over the receiver, and with a large objective scope of low mounts you might get some interference positioning the scope exactly where you want it.

    I tried a different mount which was a waste of time and money. This one works and is very solid and well made. Shot bullseye's all day long.
