Constructed from a durable and water-resistant nylon shell, it features shoulder pocket pass-throughs and pit zips to access gear underneath and provide ventilation. Sleeves stay in place with stretch thumb loop cuffs and an adjustable elastic cord waist and hem keeps out the cold. Designed to be layered over baselayer, uniform and outerwear tops as well as plate carriers. Made in the US from US materials.
