No movement? Not exactly.
The description has a couple of inaccuracies. It does not fit exactly like the factory handguards. Colt-style handguards have a horizontal three o’clock to six o’clock split. These handguards are diagonally split 1:30 to 7:30. Most disappointingly, the fit is most definitely not movement free. One section slides independently of the other against the spring tension of the delta ring. For the clearance price, it’s not a bad deal. If your rifle has a tighter delta ring, then these may be one of the best purchases you make. My rifle is a Quality Parts Bushmaster assembled in 2005.

Awesome Buy
Just what I expected. Well made and easy to install.

Good for the $$$
I’d give it 5 stars, except for the fact that it has some slight front-to-rear play when installed. It’s definitely worth the $20 though regardless.
