    I don't like it and don't hate it. It leaves a little room for improvement as one switch is too long and one is too short. If both selectors were sized in between it would be perfect. I would also like to point out the grind marks are very shoddy, however..... function is 100% and thr selector movement has firm solid audible clicks.

    The selector was easy to install. It is a bit stiff at first but with some break in it is easy to manipulate. No interference on my strong hand side.

    Very stiff at first but with some work it smooths out nicely. Nice to have a small lever on the off hand side so there is not interference.

    Very nice fit and function. I used the long lever on the left side and a short one on the right.
