Works as should, did have to buy a battery and some cartridges for it but all in all satisfied.

Fully functional
Received a fully functional taser. Some cosmetic issues but expected it. No holster. Spent $100 for holster and battery.....works perfectly.

Expected more, received less
Some buyers received the unit with a functional battery and a holster—I hoped for the same, but received a highly-worn device, no stickers, no battery, no holster. Shipping was quick, but ended up spending another $300 to make this a usable taser. Note that only LEAs can buy cartridges with probes reaching greater than 15 feet.
