    One was ready to train with one had the door cracked open so not usable for training. I’m fortunately getting a refund on the bad one, I’m happy with that.

    Customer service was Shockingly Good (see what I did there? Eh? Eh? Because I bought taser cartridges? Eh? Ok, we’ll move on) I had an issue with my order and customer service was super friendly and immediately fixed the issue without and hassle. I am completely happy.
