The Colt IAR6933CK Complete Upper Receiver Assembly is used on the short barrel IAR variant, built at the request of FBI HRT. This monolithic upper receiver features an uninterrupted full-length top rail, allowing for a free-floated barrel with a gas-block mounted folding front sight post, a heat sink, and a backup rear sight. The barrel is Colt's heavy 11.5" chrome lined IAR barrel with an A2 flash hider up front. Suggested to be used in conjunction with an H2 or H3 buffer.

Very pleased
Very well packaged. Although I was slightly disappointed this didn’t come with an H3 buffer like other uppers, I was still very pleased. C marked upper. Came with a large owners manual. I have always been a very happy customer of AU. On a side note, it would be nice to see a semi auto IAR marked lower

Bought someone stole the magtec sights and swapped em
Swapped out the rear magtec site for a magpul one no one wants…and is magically a cheaper one too. Also doesn’t have typical colt charging handle as shown but it is a radian colt marked one so no issue there. Rear sight missing is BS..and they know it. Never responded to emails about it either and I’ve bought a crazy amount of stuff from them.

I have to say, I was cautiously optimistic about this after reading a few reviews. I had previously purchased a 6933 upper receiver several years back from AU that arrived missing a substantial amount of parkerizing on the barrel, it was essentially shining bright unfinished metal. AU’s response was “contact Colt”….Needless to say, I was pleasantly surprised by the quality and finish. It was in the original Colt Box and pristine. I also grabbed a SCW lower receiver and again have no complaints about it. Being that Colt IAR’s are listed in the 3-4k range from a lot of distributors, I call this a win and a great deal from AU

11.5 IAR upper
Mine arrived quickly, and I was not disappointed at all… It is absolutely perfect. The only handling Mark was the box had a divot in it. The upper was absolutely perfect original packaging, and had a blue colt. IAR carbon manual in it as well. . A couple surprises. The charging handle is a radiant raptor colt marked charging handle. The backup site on the rear is a magpul BUIS… I was expecting a MATECH. I can’t emphasize enough how good the quality was. This upper is absolutely perfect in every way… Based on the pricing that people are gouging for these on the gun webs… I feel like I got a value priced Moonrock upper that will be enjoyed for quite some time… If you’re a colt guy, you have to pick these one of these up. Much thanks to arms unlimited for finding and featuring these great products at a very good price.

Missed out on first batch. I'm glad I was able to get this one. The cardboard box was a little banged up, but the upper is perfect. It comes in a blue bag with a barrel wick, Colt IAR manual, and magpul rear iron sights. Looking forward to seeing it run hard.
