Beretta 92FS Semi-Auto 9mm Pistol

After talking with Customer Service and the Owner, i found them to be extremely helpful in making my decision to purchase a Beretta 92FS Police Special 9mm. It was a great deal they were offering, best price online. I would recommend Arms Unlimited to anyone looking to find the best online deals. Purchased "Police Special," after contacting Arms Unlimited to learn more about the product. It does come with the three factory 15rnd mags as described. To my surprise it also was shipped in a factory Beretta gun case, several other retails offer similar package in a cardboard box so pleasantly surprised. Online description states Dot & post sights but thankfully was traditional 3 dot. This pistol lacks any unique rollmarks found on some police specials. The ordering process was painless and promptly providing shipping info. Upon inspection at my FFL pistol was immaculate, not a scratch on the finish even though the small case is tight with three mags/Lock/literature/etc. Saw a lot of negative reviews on Arms Unlimited but they offered an excellent price and great service. As per usual the disappointed/angry patrons will be the loudest meanwhile I will continue to order from them again without hesitation. Deuce!

Great price! Fast shipping. My only recommendation is that you check with Arms Unlimited about the configuration of the pistol you will receive. The picture of the 92FS Police Special clearly shows slotted grip screws and the description clearly states "Post & Dot" sights. Mine arrived with socket head (Allen) cap grip screws (better for me!) and 3-dot sights (also better for me!) I was thrilled that it didn't arrive as advertised, but if I had wanted it "just as advertised", I wouldn't have been as happy.

The pistol I ordered was exactly what I expected and the price was extremely competitive leaving me very satisfied. Ordering was complicated, ArmsUnlimited does not have a dealer locator so I had to go through the extra step of calling my FFL and having them email their credentials. When I went to pick up my pistol there was a complication because ArmsUnlimited forgot to include a copy of their FFL in the package which required more phone calls and emails. Fortunately they had JUST opened, but due to the time difference I could have been waiting a lot longer to reach them. Everything worked out but this purchase was the most stressful to date. If this company had an FFL database it would make things a lot more user friendly.

Customer service immediately followed up by phone confirming my order and shipped the weapon within 24hrs. Item arrived on time and in perfect condition. Great transaction! Plan on placing many more orders.

Overall great experience. No problems with providing ARMS Unl with FFL information, the shipping process was quick. Only problem I have is the quality of the 92FS. The barrel has some minor scratching (same for the slide). I can live with that though. Haven't shot it yet, but do not expect any problems there.
