Fully functional?
"All government trade-ins are fully functional but aesthetic conditions vary." Honestly, although I didn't get grips on mine (I wasn't expecting to ... that's just my luck) the appearance (aesthetics) is better than I expected. However, it falls short on the "fully functional" description. I haven't dismantled it yet to determine the cause, but in about 8 out of 10 tries the cylinder does not rotate with the hammer pull. I expected to do some work, but I was not expecting a major mechanical malfunction like this. This revolver is NOT fully functional and I don't recommend you try your luck. The price was tempting, but if I have to start trying to find parts, the savings are quickly going to disappear, even if I don't wind up with a $269 paperweight or wall hanger.
