The Heckler & Koch MR223A3 is the civilian semi-auto equivalent to the legendary HK416A5. Made of genuine German H&K parts, unlike the US made and assembled MR556, the MR223A3 is the real deal!

The MR223A3 stands out due to its excellent ergonomics and reliability, the gas system was developed for military use and has been well proven over the years. Its short stroke gas system reduces fouling to a minimum. Full ambidextrous controls and chrome plated hammer forged barrel.

    AU delivered an essentially unobtainable item at a reasonable price. The MR223 is plainly better finished than the (admittedly nice) us made MR556. Everything came with the gun as advertised including tools, sights, books, etc. the shipping was a bit slow but whatever. I’m very happy.

    Very nice and feels better than my extra heavy barreled MR556A1. I’ll be honest and say that I would not be writing this review if I did not snag it on Black Friday and save $2k. Nice rifle but not worth $7k retail price. It’s worth $5k for the chrome lined barrel, new ergonomics and German proof marks.

    Missed this gem 3 times in 2 years, but not this time, not this time:) I think I’ve put a few of their kids through collage at this point and I’m still spending. Keep bringing us the goods.
