Great deal either way
I got these mags and they were used as advertised, (well used and dirty) and one of them was actually POF marked. I did get one dented one but was refunded, so no biggie. I imagine that you're up to the luck of the draw on how the departments treat their equipment. Some guys mentioned they were almost new in their reviews, I got a very used set. All but the one dented mag has ran reliably, which makes this a bargain.
