Colt Makes the Best Buffers
Colts buffers are the standard for reliable function, durability, for plug an play from Carbine, H, H1, H2, H3, to Pistol weight. I find H2 reduces bolt bounce and mitigates stoppages on a carbine system. The sliding weights play an important role in reliability, do not get caught with your pants down with an inferior buffer.

Why take a chance on specs, when you can get OEM guaranteed in-spec, consistant parts meeting Colt standards. Want your gun to last longer? Use the heaviest buffer with which it will reliably cycle and lock back on last round, which still allowing decent firm ejection patterns. Your call on how fouled you want the action to be when it starts malfing.
