The Colt 1927 Thompson Submachine Gun is the rarest variant of the iconic American firearm and this particular one is in excellent condition, rated in the 90% with all original parts and finish. The 1927 variants started life as machine guns but were converted to semi-automatic by Colt for sales to law enforcement entities. The original 1921 model designation was milled off by Colt and replaced with the new 1927 designation, the sections were never reblued by Colt. Most of these firearms have since had their semi-auto parts switched out for full-auto parts; this example still retains all the original semi-auto parts, a very rare find!
This Colt 1927 Thompson also includes some very rare accessories: 1x original Sheriff's carry case, 1x cleaning rod, 1x original L drum magazine and 4x original stick magazine.
This Colt Thompson was originally possessed by Broken Arrow Oklahoma.
