The ALS ROBOROUND TANGLER is a patented 37mm/40mm drone defense round designed to be rapidly deployed against commercially available drones or Small Unmanned Aircraft Systems (sUAS) that are being utilized for illegal purposes such as unlawful surveillance or contraband delivery. This cost effective sUAS countermeasure launches twelve stainless steel chains in a 4ft-by-4ft effective spread at a distance of 50 yards to disrupt the drone’s propellers and other instruments, causing it to fail. The ALS ROBOROUND TANGLER is designed to function with either 37mm or 40mm launchers.
