Due to Tim Slagle’s position at a large sales representative group that works with countless dealers and manufacturers, Tim has access to private business data and information, such as ordering habits and sales figures on those dealers and manufacturers. It was discovered that Tim Slagle, in a completely unprofessional and unethical fashion, shared private information with competing businesses or manufacturers; it is of our opinion that this was done in an attempt to sabotage business dealings.
