This is an outstanding rifle. Has an old-school feel to it with very modern capability. The stock trigger is smoothing out after some break in and dry fire. Has been reliable, accurate, and soft shooting so far. After minor adjustments to zero was ringing steel at 100 yds. I couldn’t be happier. For those who care, came with CAR prefix SN, AR15 A4 laser mark, C stamp on bolt and BCG and barrel. The upper receiver is not marked with cage code or C.

Smooth ordering process and got the weapon to my FFL pretty quick, although UPS took three days to ship via their 2-day service. Arms Unltd has been trying to work with UPS to get at least a partial refund, so I am very thankful for the rep's tenacity in trying to remedy the situation.

It was a little bit of fuss on my end getting in touch with my ffl, but once I got them in contact my order shipped promptly, arrived on time, and was in good condition. Even came with a PMAG. What more could I ask?

The fit and finish is good but I expected better than good from Colt. The metal is a shiny black. Not matt and not parkerized. The finished is marred under the front sight gas block where they slid that part on over bbl. There are other marks on bbl. There is some misalignment between front and rear sight. Had to crank rear over left alot to zero. Mtd 36x scope and best 5 shot grp 69gr handloads, 1". Trigger is probably spec but way too heavy for this benchrest shooter. I replaced with a RRA 2 stage. Got this rifle to try 3 position sling shooting but a shoulder injury is preventing that for the time being. This rifle was a hundred smackers more than a generic 20" AR.

Very happy with my purchase, they were pretty fast with getting my Colt A4 rifle out and no problems with my FFL at home. Highly recommend purchasing any firearm from arms Unlimited. I will definitely look forward to purchasing from them in the future, keep up the good work guys.
