B&T RBS Compact Reduced Back Pressure Quick-Attach .223/5.56 Rifle Sound Suppressor

The B&T Compact Reduced Back Pressure Quick-Attach .223/5.56mm Rifle Sound Suppressor does exactly what it's name implies while still offering the performance and sound reduction that B&T sound suppressors are known for. There are many advantages in using suppressors, the back flow of the retained gases from the ejection port and charging handle is a disadvantage. The gas blowback in the face of the operator is not only a nuisance but also a health risk, especially indoors. B&T addresses this issue with the RBS (reduced back pressure suppressor).

The low-pressure chamber design is able to absorb a significant amount of gas, drastically reducing the back pressure, making the RBS a great choice for semi-auto rifles and machine guns. While traditional suppressors will increase the cyclic rate by up to more than 30% due to back pressure, B&T RBS's unique design increases the cyclic rate by only 4%, which ultimately reduces both fouling and wear and tear on the gun.

A quick attach/detach fastener system is used for compatibility with all flash hiders made to NATO A2 specifications, no need for a proprietary adapter.

LONG ATF wait even with Eform4, but well worth it.

After almost 10 month wait through new Eform 4 process, finally picked up on 6/2/2023. Tested out today at outdoor range with my go to zeroed rifle, 16 with pinned A2 muzzle. Did not need to make any adjustments for 50 or 100yds using my personal reloaded ammo (vmax 55grn range LC brass CCI 450 primiers and H335 powder), no deviation in POI from non-suppressed shooting. Groups were well within 1inch. The reduce back pressure works …. No soot gunk in face and sounds was really tamed down allowing me shoot with only foam plugs in ears in an outdoor setting. Also the quick detach is simple and quick, i can use this can on all my 5.56 rifles now that i have updated them all with an affordable standard A2 flash hider.
