AU quick release for the Bushnell TRS-25
This is a marked improvement over the OEM securing system. The AU Quick Release Lever mount is very easy to install. The original Bushnell scope screw is made of a weak metal which is prone to breaking when over torked. This device eliminates over torking. It is a high quality product.

AU Quick-Release Lever Mount Conversion Kit for Bu
Simple device that works as intended. Very useful if device must be dismounted for any reason.

AU Quick-Release Lever Mount Conversion Kit for Bu
Works as intended. It's a little hard to find the right "sweet spot" between too loose and too tight. Would buy again.

Practical part
This is a very practical idea to be able to switch from iron sights to optics. Super easy to install.

TRS-25 QD lever
4 stars cuz I am happy with it, but it needs modification to work properly. At first the mount would not fully fully tighten to the riser I was using cuz the bolt wasn't threaded long enough to tighten. Luckily I have a tap & die set that fit the bolt & was able to add about 5-6 extra threads allowing me to use the QD lever as intended & it works great. So, for anyone looking to buy this AD lever for mounting a TRS-25 to a riser mount (the one I am using is the AT3Tacical co-witness riser) then be aware that u will need to extend the threads on the bolt connected to the lever. If u don't have a die set, or don't want to have to mod it, then I wouldn't recommend it. On the other hand, if u don't mind doing the necessary mods then I def recommend it. I didn't try mounting it to a milspec picatinny rail, so I'm not sure if it would need to have extra threading or not if u plan to use it on a standard pic rail.

OK, but...
I bought this for my TRS, wanting the ability to remove the optic and use iron sights. It went together well, fit well, and, when adjusted, clamps the Bushnell snugly. The fly in the ointment is that to remove it you have to unscrew the nut a turn and 1/2 or so, and then rethighten it after installing. A little better engineering on the cam profile would seem to do away with that flaw. IMO, it still needs some work, but I do like the concept.

Awesome quick-release
This quick release device is perfect for a quick change from my red dot to iron sights or a scope. This is my 2nd quick release for my other Bushnell red dot and has not given me any issues. I recommend it for anyone who has the trs-25.

Great addition
I like the TRS-25, have one on my Ruger MKIV lite and an M1 carbine, however the need for a hex key to mount and dismount turned me off. I don't always want the red dot mounted and want quick access to my iron sights. This conversion does exactly that. I, like others, had to remove about .040" from the clamp leg to get it to release completely without loosening the nut. Now I adjusted for tension and added a bit of Loctite to keep it adjusted when off the gun. Happy I found these!

Quick release, not so quick
Much better than having the original Bushnell screw attatchment, but takes 2 complete revolutions to release from picatinny rail and again to secure. But other than that a good product that does not require an Allen wrench.
